Surprised comfortable room with plenty of space extra seating area bed and tea & coffee making m/c. large TV and free unsecured wireless internet. Breakfast expensive 350bht extra and food cold only customer on arrival for breakfast 3rd floor restauant. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The location is OK. Within walking distance to Robinson Rachada and The Esplanade Shopping Mall. There is no toilet shower which for Thai hotel standard is pretty low. There is no free internet available, not even in the lobby. Unless you need the location, there are better deals in Bkk. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

newly reburbished, nice room, nothing bad to say...

The hotel is just refurnished, the room is clean and new, but the design for the toilet has to be modified, the hotel location is quite good, close to many restaurants, Robbions, supermarket, 7-11, the MRT is just walking distance, the price is quite good. If you don’t mind the small swimming pool and high feel for Wi-Fi fee.

hotel was very good value, room very clean and basic amenities included. The available breakfast buffet was limited choices and not well supplied, my opinion is not good value . The local mall food area was better value. I will stay again when need hotel in this area for short stay, it is very good for short affordable stay

Very good, modern and clean hotel. No kettle or complimentary coffeee service in room. My friends had this facility. Breakfast rates on internet 125TB. 250TB at hotel, was disappointed with hude discrepancy! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Generally its a value for money stay for my trip. The service rated 2 is not the service is poor, but just a suggestion/area for your improvement consideration - Check in/out service staff not very attentive, one of the morning during my 2nd stay water supply quality was bad.

We have stayed here many times, it is a good away from it all Hotel there is a great seafood Restaurant next door and the buffet breakfast is relaxed.

I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has a lot of potential as it has been recently refurbished to a very modern look. The lobby area is really nice and the breakfast area has a really unusual industrial design. Unfortunately a few things let this place down. Positives: great design, big clean and modern rooms with a really good clean shower. Potentially a good location as it s near the metro which I didn t use. Otherwise not really near much apart from the large market. Having said that 1/2 hr taxi ride to Grand Palace so not too bad. Negatives: door to room did not work...yes simply pushing the door opened it regardless of whether you had a key or not! Make sure and put all valuables in deposit box in reception. Remote for tv didn t work Drain for shower didn t work hence total flooding of bathroom when having a shower. Water drained eventually through seperate drain near toilet. I also thought some of the staff weren t that friendly especially the girls in reception. This hotel was very cheap and if they ironed out these things I would really recommend it. Unfortunately just the door not working properly alone is enough for me not to recommend it.
