Things got off to a bad start when I took a shower and water started spraying out everywhere from the shower cord and the faucet pulled off. It was clear that this had been a longstanding problem but had never been fixed until I complained and asked for a room change. The room change didn t happen but they did replace the cord. No fix for the faucet, however, so the repair budget must be tight. On check-out, they asked me about a couple of items from the mini-bar that were missing. I informed them that I didn t drink the apple juice or consume one of their chocolate bars--no need given nearby 7-11s with the same products at a quarter of the cost--but this seemed to create some accounting problems for them. The check-out process itself took over 20 nervewracking minutes since I needed to catch a taxi to the airport. Won t stay at this hotel again and won t recommend it to my friends.
