The check-in agent was absolutely hopeless. Took ages after he finally acknowledged we had a reservation. Then we were assigned the wrong room. BUT....after it was all sorted out enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location, quiet and loads of atmosphere. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

location not so good (10mins from BTS) no elevator if you stay at 3rd floor air con in the room too noisy water pressure too weak while taking a shower breakfast not so recommended

Great little hotel right in one of the most desired areas in bkk. excellent staff, original interior design. not great for people with walking difficulties as there are no lifts (they gladly help you out with your luggage though)Good breakfast and ever so helpfull staff, my first choice in bangkok!
