On the second
floor, you have a lounge area with a sofa set and cable TV with a balcony
overlooking the pool. On the other side is a bedroom with a balcony
overlooking an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom.
On the
third floor you have two bedrooms on either side both with en suite
bathrooms and with balconies one overlooking the pool and the other
overlooking the empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers with
hot water.
All the bedrooms are furnished with twin or double beds,
wardrobes and a dressing table. The whole house is air-conditioned.
The living room has a sofa set with cable TV, telephone and French windows.
The dining room has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen is
equipped with all the amenities like, cooker, large fridge, hot water
flask, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficient
for 12 people, cabinets and a wash-basin.
This has to be negotiated
directly with the maids who are available at Baan Sar Suan all day.

These houses are ideal for a couple or a family with 8 Adults and
2 children. We do not allow more than this in each house. |
