Well where do i start?, hotel was in a great location, nice clean and spacious rooms, but the only thing thing that let them down was the service, I did my research and found out that @MIND had only being opened a few months, ok i understand that but if you have front of house staff representing your hotel they should know basic things. E.g there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which i asked for as soon as i arrived on Friday I didn t get one until Saturday evening after asking 4 or 5 times, i think in the end they went and bought a brand new one.
Then when it got delivered I received a phone call asking me how long I would be using it. I said about an hour, after i finished using it i rang reception to inform them it could be picked up. 4 hours later it was still sitting in my room. I think there is a lack of communication within the staff. Above all it was a very nice hotel i would stay here again to see if the service has improved.
