Security such as imprint of passport or credit card need to be re-inforced. Otherwise all other areas are better than expected. Locality is good and convenient.

Hotel présenté dans les guides comme un peu fade, il s agit d une déco contemporaine qui contraste avec de nombreux hôtel en Teck, en fait ambiance un peu zen mais très agréable et en très bon état d entretien. This Hotel is lovely, centrally located, and has great facilities. We reserved a room by chance one year and enjoyed the stay so much we reserved space the following year by choice.

Toilet is not in good condition. Lots of black stain one the wall, looked very duty. Moreover, After shower, water was on floor (out of Bathtub). This cause wet floor easy to slide and doormat was soaked.

Hotel is very clean, a little worn on the edges, but the staff were delightful. Internet capabilities are lacking except in business center and lobby with changes to your DNS numbers.

The room is OK, except the flush toilet don t flush well and room is a bit old. Anyway, else is OK.

This is the third time that we stay at this hotel, and I would like to recommend Lanna Palace if you looked for a room that cost lower than 2,500 Baht per night. The room is spacious, clean, and having good view. The bathroom is clean and big. Light in the room is enough (not too dark like in some hotels nearby). Especially, all staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. We ever stayed in several hotels in Chiangmai, and this is the best valued hotel in my openion. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We were at the 5th Floor. The decor is basic, recently painted. The beds are clean. No aircond on the passageway and the lift. Location from night market is about 15 minutes walk and is not right at the doorstep. Buffet breakfast is ok and is the same everyday. Tea is watery. Staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay nearer to all the activities the next time. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for someone who does not mind a long walk.
