Doi Inthanon, is Thailand's highest mountain, which is covered with lavish and refreshing springs and reservoirs, which attribute to the lush tropical evergreen forests. Apart from the beauty of Touch Star, it is also the closest resort to Doi-Inthanon National Park, with a 40 km drive up a scenic road to the mountain summit, that will give you a chance to venture into the forest interior along trails for bird watching, tasting fresh garden green vegetables and fruits from the Royal Project, visiting the Mong hill tribe market or the Mae-Jaem Pagoda, view villagers at Baan Rai Pai-ngam hand woven cotton fabrics that have been done by the same traditional weaving techniques since World War II. While staying with us, you might want to tour beautiful Ob Luang National Park, which was showcased in the Unseen in Thailand promotion. Or take a trip to see other hill tribe villages, the Noppamethaneedol and Noppaphol Bhumasiri Royal Shrines, and the prehistoric drawings.

Deluxe Room Ruen Kiang Fah and Ruen Kiang Dao, 2 story Lanna style buildings of 16 Deluxe rooms.

Single House, 3 Bedrooms Each of the 2 single houses features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 6 to 10 persons. It is suitable for groups.

Swiss Chalet, 4 Bedrooms A Swiss Chalet comprising 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate 8 to 12 persons. It is recommended for families or groups.

MEETING

We have conference rooms available with capacity of up to 180 persons, for meetings, training, seminars, or banqueting functions equipped with modern sound system, projection TV, karaoke, and catering service.

From Chiang Mai to Touch Star Resort
Easy access, you can take regular yellow minibuses from Chiang Mai Gateway bus station to Amphoe Mae Jaem which is around 58 kilometers and ask to be dropped off at Touch Star Resort at Mae Klang waterfall; where it is a short walk to the resort.

From Bangkok to Chiang Mai By Car
From Bangkok taking the highway 1 turn left on highway 11 go through Lampoon, then take highway 108 (Chiang Mai - Jomthong) after Sanpathong district or notice Tesco Lotus on your left side then turn right into the highway 1009. Touch star resort will be located at the km 7 marker, on your right side.

By Bus
Daily run from Bangkok Northern Bus Terminal (Mochit 2 Bus Terminal), take the bus( Bangkok - Doi Tau -JomThong) will stop at Mae Klang water fall that you can walk to Touch Star Resort or you can ask the bus driver to stop in front of the entrance of resort.

By Plane
Touch Star Resort is not too distance away from Chiang Mai International Airport. To fly via low cost local airlines of your choice is, therefore, one of the convenient ways.

Local Mass Transport
Connect your trip by regular yellow minibuses to Chiang Mai Gate way station which takes you around 60 minutes then the resort transportation will pick up by the appointment.
