A good middle class hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. If we go back to Koh Lanta we ll definitely stay there again.

great village, about half of the island, in the area of most has remained in my heart ... many small restaurants on the beach where you can eat. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

this plays was werry good but if you eat at the resturant you must have a very good time it take 2 our to get the food but the bungalow beach front was verry nice

This was an excellent find - the staff couldn t be friendlier. It is right on the beach, airy restaurant, deck, pool - cool, clean comfortable rooms. We would go back in a heart beat.

We had a great time on Lanta Ilmare Beach Resort. The bungalow was OK, but nothing special, but the staff was very sweet and nice. Due to them we had almost all our meals in the hotel restaurant. And the food was tasty too, and not at all expencive. What we didn t like so much was the chairs on the terasse, extremly uncomfortable. And the beach outside the hotel was swimmable only in high tide, because of all the big rocks. But you can always walk a couple of hundred meters down the beach where it is perfect. Very good resort with friendly and servicemaind staff. The food is good. The beachfront bungalows is nice but not so near the beach. It s a bridge between resort and the sea. But I would recommende the resort for the good service and standard.

The resort is ok, but nothing special. The bungalows are quite old, especially the bathroom and a/c and the roomservice does not clean well. No lockbox is available neither in the room nor at the reception.They have nice terraces where you can enjoy the garfen and sunset. There is a small stream between beachfront bungalows and beach, so you can t really call it beachfront. Pool and restaurant are very nice, food is good and affordable. Very friendly staff although many speak only few words english. As it s the last resort on the beach it is very calm and the beach is wonderfull. But many rocks make swimming difficult. There are minimarts, a 7-eleven, atms and tourist offices in walking distance down the road. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had a really lovely stay at Lanta Il Mare, although there is nothing particularly special about this resort. The positives are: Nice big rooms, lovely seating area outside each room, perfect for sitting and reading a book in the evening. Beautiful views of the sunset each evening. Comfortable beds. Negatives: Not right on the beach - there is rather unsightly stream thing running between the rooms and the beach. The rooms were not cleaned very well at all. Breakfast was not great. This resort is fine if you are looking for a pleasant base to stay in Ko Lanta, without any frills, but if you want something a bit special, this is not the place! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
