Poor value for money, room crawling with ants, windows wouldnt close properly and extremely hard bed. The shower would only work sporadically, cutting out every time, often half way through a shower for a minimum of 2 mins. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
The room (Sparing Fan Room Double bed) was horrible. Dirty, badly maintained with mice to pass around. Many times we had no water, and for this room have spent about 40 euros per night.
It is the worst hotel i have ever seen. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
customer service during check-in was ok, not as helpful as the other places. The location is pretty decent considering the beach is only a 3 minute walk and all of the beach bars and restaurants are on the same side as the resort. There were way too many mosquitoes in my room though...had to spray 90% deet on my sheets before going to bed [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
The ya-ya resort is a nice hotel/resort with a great location on Railay east. We had a simple but good room. The staff arent the most friendly but still ok! Breakfast ok but not so much more.
I would recommend this accomodation though.
the staff at yaya hotel is a bit strange they dont understand so much english, when you talk with them it feels like they are asleep. We had to remind the reception every day that we wanted our room cleaned.And there was always something missing towels or soap or something else. The breakfast service was slow and no flexibility and also hard to make them understand what you wanted to eat. The rooms are dark with terrases in a dark ally. But the massage at first floor some of them where really good.
