A secluded hotel with many sculptures and a Orchid garden... you won t feel bore just staying in the hotel. The cable car up to Ocean View Villas is something unique and they comes quite frequent. Btw, it s a 10 min drive from the Hotel to Patong beach or 1.5hr walk out. Free transport is also provided at specific time. It s a great hotel. Try to visit tripadvisor for this hotel and you will get to read the management reply... this is the only Hotel which it s management takes time to go through feedback. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had to change our room twice due to rats in the room very expensive food and drinks two far out of town hotel will only call one of there taxis to go to town rip off

It was very nice place and we enjoyed very much during our stay in the Hotel and if we could have a chance to go to Phuket again, we realy want to stay in the same Hotel. We had a nice time during our stay. Thanks.

the best in phuket ................ no comment every thing is peerfect the most beautiful resort in phuket beleive me so amazing greenery ....... wll what i can say that its the best but try to not make phone calls from ur room as i called inter national for 3 minuts they charged me 20 usd and for the food and drinks is verry verry expensive inside the resort nb: a lot of russian clients as sometimes u feel ur self like u are in moscow

hotel is ideally situated,nice and relaxing,away from the hustle and bustle of in your face tuk tuks vendors.hotel is very well maintained ie,gardens pools and is architecturaly nice.staff are presented neat and tidy and very helpfull and courteous.the restaurants ,bar and pool bar service are expensive,but good.the beach is stoney when tide out,but there is a nice but small stretch of sand when tide in,it is a bit rough when waves are coming in though,always the pool;which is good and big.problems,yes we had a few,we booked villa over looking pool with jacuzzi,no jacuzzi?room nice though.went to extend our stay ,but had to book an upgrade because room was unavailable,no problem pay the extra 6000bht for poolside access villa with jacuzzi for 4 nights,no jacuzzi?.nice villa though.now our new villa was right next to our original villa which lay empty for the rest of our stay,not happy about that,hotel blame booking agent ,booking agent blame hotel.mossies and bites,normally i do not get bitten,well some thing loved us both,we thought it was the plant on our pool balcony,no,it was either the bed or ac system,i sprayed the room every night and that seemed to do the trick,.hotel does not do transport to airport,but can provide taxi service for 800bht,we were only 400bht to get there,;;just little things but decent enough hotel,but wont be back to patong. The hotel was really beautiful but extremely expensive. Foods and drinks compared to hotels where we have been earlier was extremely expensive. Otherwise the service was good and the swimming pool was great and very large.

Excellent hotel! With stunning views and surrounds it provided a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of patong and only a 10 minute shuttle ride. The only recommendation is that there needs to be more shuttles on as they only run at 10am, 3pm, and 9:15pm.Service was great and always met with a smile. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
