It was really great! A very good international breakfast. We wanted to move into a room in a higher floor (room was to dark) they immediately managed it and once we were not able to get English TV and they came to fix it within 10 minutes. Nothing negative to say.

We were all disappointed in this hotel, it needs a make over and the staff weren t as good as we have had on previous visits to Thailand. Location is the only thing going for this hotel.

Rooms were a little old and in need of an update. Ok if you want to be close to beach and within walking distance of restaurants etc. They do a really good yellow curry from the pool menu. Difficult to park if you hire a car. We did have a problem with noise on one night but it was only one night. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Was very disappointed with the New Years eve party. Booked a specific table as we wanted to a quiet spot for the baby. When we got to our table there was someone already sitting there that refused to move. Management handled situation very badly. When we finally got a suitable table all the good food was eaten and we had nothing to eat. Lot of money paid for a plate of egg fried rice. Certainly a New Year that we will prefer to forget
