It is not sea front at all, rooms are poor and very very very noisy,Dirty bedclothes and towels where dirty personnel is not Thai, not helpful, not gentle. Thailand is wonderful, Thai people is wonderful, Patong is not a nice place but this hotel make it worst. Avoid it as long as you can. I would rather sleep on the beach before live on this hotel again.

Good room!

Nice and clean hotelroom. The staff, especially Moon, was very helpful and fixed anything we asked for. Not that far away from the beach and had that necessery aircondition in the room. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I have stayed at this guest house before and that is why I re-booked. However this time there was a marked decrease in the service level (no soap provided, no drinking water and room often not cleaned). It also was not good value for money given the price charged for the room in comparison with other places that I stayed in nearby. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

friendly basic hotel with nice rooms. only ruined by noise from building site across the main road.

It s a worst experiance in sea front hotel out of our stay in thailand. Staff is very rude and room is stinking.Dont book ever this hotel as Staff of hotel are thieves.From my bag they stolen my phone, cosmetics, gogles and some valuable things when we are out of hotel.Beware of this hotel. Happy Room - чистая,убирают каждый день,полотенца меняют тоже каждый день - они вроде бы и чистые,но не белоснежные.Во время моего пребывания в низкий сезон отель пустовал,в холле постоянно лежал какой-то матрас,барная стойка всегда была закрыта - вобщем,у меня это место при отсутствии голосов других людей и шума создавало несколько депрессивный настрой,и часто я чувствовал себя тут очень одиноким:)Поэтому шел на Bangla Road,до которой топать минут 12 по прямой,вся прогулка днем и ночью сопровождается ежесекундными предложениями массажа,такси и зазываниями в рестораны.Поэтому,когда надоедало,выходил из гостиницы сначала к морю(до которого минут 5 мееедленным шагом) и топать на Банглу по набережной.В последние дни пребывания выяснилось,что на эту улицу ходить не обязательно,т.к. девочек можно легко найти в баре,который вплотную ко входу в гостиницу:) Вроде бы все ниче,но больше в этой гостинице никогда не остановлюсь - атмосфера не подходит(может,в высокий сезон она там другая) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Room was cleaned everyday so every time when we are back, our room was always tidy and clean. Hotel is decently clean too. The room s safe is reliable too (at least when we were there). There is this friendly chinese-thai aunty every nite greeting us everytime when we re back to the hotel. Location wise... area surrounded by pubs, 5mins walk to (sea)food, convenient stores, 10mins walk to Bangla rd, shopping n 15min walk to Patong beach. Overall an alright low budget hotel with all the necessities. Would consider staying there again, if on low budget trip to phuket again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

clean room and good location.

Big and clean rooms. Toilett and shower very good. Near to the beach, but to far away from the patong center. But motorbikes here are very cheap. The english from the personal could be better. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
