we stayed in a villa and thougt it was nice with the pool and the beautiful garden. A good choice for familys. Fiendly staff. 10 min.to walk to the beach.

I stayed at Kata Villas in a pool side room with my partner for 3 days and was at first slightly hesistant when we were taken down some windy streets but when we eventally arrived we were very pleased with the place. It is quite random in that you dont see any restaurants nearby or the beach but you soon realise all of that is not far away at all. The staff were friendly considering their limited English, the pool was superb and the rooms were far more spacious and cleaner than we expected. The place is only a 10 min walk down into Kata centre but this walk is not ideal for kids/pushchairs or the elderly due to no paths. The breakfast was a good selection every morning and Kata beach is very nice compared to Patong so if you are looking for a nice beach, chilled out surroundings with a little bit of atmosphere then this is the place to stay. If you want nightlife and more to do then go to Patong. Kata Villas offer a free shuttle bus to and from the beach as well which is very useful. Although the place is a little dated/tired in places, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a couple travelling around Thailand as this is a great base if you want to go off for the days or spend time by the pool and is far enough away from any noise Kata may offer at night. Value for money definately! Not ideal for families or those wanting to stay somewhere longer than one week. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The staff was not very firendly, when we had to check in after 20 hour travel, there where 3-4 staff members, but no one helped us, first after 5-10 minutes. The rooms and pool was OKAY, the breakfast was not very good. Have been in thailand many times, and i have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so unfriendly. I would not ever stay here again, or recommend it.

2ème séjour au Kata Lucky, toujours aussi plaisant. De grands bungalows trés bien équipés, propres et de trés bonne qualité. Un bémol sur l absence de free wifi et la monotonie du petit déjeuner

Отель понравился. Сервис ненавязчивый, ежедневная уборка номеров, зелёная территория, просторные номера с большой открытой верандой, гостинной и мини-кухней. Не понравились только застиранные полотенца, как пляжные, так и банные, но меняли их ежедневно, даже, если ушли утром с полотенцами на пляж, всё равно ложили в номере чистые. Бассейн, хоть и небольшой по размеру, но очень оригинальный по дизайну. Так как море не очень близко, поэтому в бассейне купались ежедневно - очень рано утром и вечером. До моря не очень удобно идти, т.к. на дороге нет тротуара, но весь транспорт спокойно объезжает пешеходов. Каждый час из отеля до пляжа возит тук-тук, но с 9-ти утра, а мы частенько ходили пораньше. Но пройтись тоже не вредно, поэтому мы без претензий. Я ездила с мужем, сестрой и её мужем. Отелем остались довольны все. Буду советовать этот отель своим знакомым. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Kata Lucky Villa is a very good hotel and we enjoy our stay. The rooms i really nice and the staff fantastic. We will come back to this hotel.

Kata lucky villa was great, silent and calm with idyllic sorroundings. the staff was helpfull and serviceminded. The roms was bigger than expected and the acess directly to pool was fantastic. I will definetly be back for more good vacations in this place. tankyou. :)

Kata Lucky Villa was a very nice place to stay, my wife and i spent our Wedding anaversary in a pool access room which was romantic.All staff were friendly and helpful. Would come back for sure Thank you
