They are not good speeking English and the laundryservice is so expencive that I could by my own laundryservice.

this is the 3rd time staying here in a delux room best 3 star hotel in phuket with real soft western beds not the normal rock hard thi beds.

Good hotel but beware the pools are very small, the WIFI is paying, for the rooms with three beds, so we re three, you must pay extra.

we enjoyed lying in garden, swimming in the small and the silence. the room was clean and modern furniture the personal was very polite and helpful

i ve spent time 2 nights there, but most of the time we hanging out, the room quite lovely, English style decoration, but our room still have some cigarette smell. The staff 80% are ok,the breakfast also good but we woke up late one day due to watching the football match the night before,so we come about 10.10 am.,then the staff said like blaming us that come to hav breakfast late b caz they ll finish about 10.30 am. that make us unhappy to hurry to eat. Well, if we were good guest,they maybe nicer to us? [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The worst place I ve ever been. The room was absolutely dirty: mosquitoes and ants were everywhere. Personal doesn t speak English. It seems to be the only one hotel in Kata without free internet. Breakfasts were poor and the same every day. The location is too far from the beach and the dirtiest river is placed along your way to the beach. Not recommended hotel. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The beach boutique house is a nice place to stay,the room is clean,nice pool for the kids,I stayed there 5 days,I would like to recommend this place,although it s a bit far from the center (Patong),but it s nice to stay with friendly staff [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

very good place and staf. the swimming pool is not big but ok for children.

Really nice hotel, rooms are clean and new, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Request a room on the lower floors if you have issues with stairs!
