We had booked 4 rooms and requested non-smoking room. One of them had very very bad smell could not sleep. There are lots of things to improve.

On the first and third day of my stay there were hot water for the shower but on the second day, no hot water at all. The room were too close to a pub with loud music throughout the night until 4am. Couldn t sleep at all for the two nights. Frankly speaking, not recommended for a good stay. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nice, clean boutigue hotel. Food are very good. Good location for Phuket town.

Noi can speak English and all staff are warm and helpful and breakfast also is good. The travel information is too less but free internet can compensate this. Location is good,strongly suggested. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nice hotel to stay at in the town

When entering the room, the bellboy noticed a black-beetle on the wall. This can happen in every hotel in a tropical country... We got appologies from the hotel staff and another room... This time without (visible) little animal. Thanks for this great service. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This hotel wasn t really in the nicest part of Phuket town but it was very close to the bus station and the ferries and some markets, so it is very convenient for a short stop. The rooms were,comfortable, neat and clean, though there were some minor plumbing problems. The breakfast was included which gave us a comfortable feed to start the day. We was in a Junier suite. It is good for a family with 2 children. There is good room for a extra bed. The hotel is close to the bus staiton.
