The staff were very helpful. I had an early morning flight, 7am, my breakfast was ready when I got up at 4.30am. Good stuff!

Wonderful hotel for the price! Excellent service and facilities were satisfactory. Room was cozy except for a mild ant infestation. Relatively centrally located. In-room computer was a nice touch!

I was on a 4 day honeymoon tour to Phuket and Bamboo House offered an experience I will cherish for a long time. Most of all, the hospitality and smiling staff, always ready for help, stood out amongst all other thumbs-up features of the place. This hotel was a pleasant surprise all round, nice clean and spacious room well designed and adequately furnished with a flat screen TV and an Apple Mac connected to it with Internet access, it could play DVDs that are available from reception at no extra charge and Wi-Fi was also available at no extra charge. The bathroom was good and there’s a safe, a fridge and a kettle in the room as well as umbrellas and a beach bag with beach towels. The breakfast was good even though it was the same every day, it was served in the open air restaurant next to the swimming pool on the ground floor. We had a couple of evening meals in the restaurant and the food was pretty good but more expensive than in other restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was ok but there’s not a lot of room around it and it does not get the sun for very long as it is surrounded by buildings but the beach is a short 10 minutes walk away. The only down side is that the building does not have a lift. All in all the hotel is good value for money and if I returned to Karon beach I would use it again, unfortunately we didn’t like Phuket and moved on to Ko Phi Phi which we found more pleasant and relaxing. I have again been well satisfied by the Bamboo House staff and policies during my 6th or 7th visit! No complaints only KUDOS , may good luck follow in your steps!

Greetings ; this was a most enjoyable stay. I had an abreviated time but was able to recieve guests and sleep both as much as I wanted In september or october I intend to try for a full 3 weeks. I was well satisfied both in the service I recieved and the meals that were provided. Again thanx!!

small swiming pool not good value hotel ...

Very nice hotel with the most friendly staff in Phuket. The rooms are in modern Thai with a Mac connected to the flatscreen. A small but nice poolarea which is perfect after a day on the beach. Great breakfast!
